When you’ve got a nice rack, why not show it off? Kim van Kooten has a really pretty pair of peaks, and the Dutch actress did indeed show them off, starting with her acting debut as the character Daantje, the title character in Zusje (1995), aka Little Sister. It’s a bit of a bizarre film, but Kim took home a nomination for a Golden Calf for Best Actress at the Nederlands Film Festival—and also showed off her whole naked body (that’s why Mr. Skin knows she’s got good boobs). Born in Amsterdam, the brunette babe actually started out as a writer, then switched to acting, then eventually decided to do both. At one point, at the same time she was nominated for a Best Actress Golden Calf, she won another one for Best Screenplay for a totally different project. On the silver screen, she had two more naked moments of note, one as Natasja in Jezus is een Palestijn (1999), and one as Phileine in Phileine Says Sorry (2003), for which she won another Golden Calf. (The shiny cow awards are like Netherlands’ version of an Oscar.) Other big-screen hits include her part as Nathalie Stevens in Loft (2010), Babette in The Dinner (2013), and Masha in In the Heart (2014). And just so she can say she’s really conquered it all, Kim has also won serious accolades for some of her television roles, like Nikki Witte in the TV movie The Siege in 2003, and as the long-running role of Machteld Augustinus-Elvink in Hollands Hoop from 2014-2020. All that’s left for Mr. Skin to say is, rack ‘em up (because he sure can’t say that last character’s name).
